You’ll need the following to make the grade:-

* Fantastic communication skills and an ability to design and build web templates.

* This role is working on a large internet and intranet

* At least 2 years experience as a Webmaster or Producer for website development.

* Experience in CMS systems , any CMS is fine.

* Experience in LDAP/User management.
Understanding of Usability/Accessibility and W3C web standards.

* Demonstrated technical experience in HTML, CSS, XSL/XML, ASP/ASP.net and/or Java/Javascript.net or other web based

* Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Photoshop and Flash

* Experience with relational databases preferably SQL Server
