Our client is part of the largest Publishing groups in the world and is looking for Telesales Manager. This team will be beand new and you will have a huge imput into its development and progression.
As Telesales Manager you will be responsible for managing 5 staff in the first instance. The team members will make outbound calls including cold calls for business retention selling the companies product offerings.
As Telesales Manager you must have experience in managing an outbound sales team preferably within Accounting, Law, HR, IR and OH&S and also have in-depth strategy building skills as the team is growing.
This is a great Telesales Manager opportunity for a very special person with great talent, who is looking to take part in a new and exciting project.
We are looking for a talented Telesales Manager who is enthusiastic with exceptional communication skills, people management, leadership and coaching skills as well as a proven sales skills.
