Our client is looking for a best of breed Technical Account Manager to provide account support and high quality technical support to ensure their website needs are met at all times.

Technical  Account Manager Responsibilities:

As the Technical  Account Manager you will be the key contact for your customer and their business needs you will be in charge of supporting your customers with A1 courteous and timely account support as well as monitoring and updating your clients on their account status.

The Technical  Account Manager should also:

• Understand each of your clients businesses and their needs.
• Ensure your clients campaigns are handed over smoothly by agencies prior to the campaign going live.
• Provide assistance to internal and external business contacts on all aspects of the campaign implementation and maintenance.
• As well as prevention of problems your role will also involve troubleshooting and solving daily issues in a diplomatic and professional manner.
• Use appropriate resources to solve your customers’ product issues.
• Escalation of all feedback to appropriate parties.
• Test and Develop new ad campaigns

Essential Technical  Account Manager Skills

• At least 18 months in a customer facing or sales support role.
• Wide knowledge of IT operating systems and the digital marketing/advertising environment.
• Strong Presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience working with HTML, Flash and JavaScript.
• Strong Decision maker and negotiation skills
• Any formal IT technical Qualifications or Certificates will be highly regarded.
