Technical Account Manager Responsibilities: 

Provide 1st class service to your designated accounts.
Provide all technical assistance before passing on to the escalation team
Document all issues and advice given to your clients
Be available to provide 24/7 support
Offer advice and assistance in the company’s overall architectural structure.
Communicate and liaise with your client’s on a regular basis
Keep your clients up to date with the latest trends and Technologies

Technical Account Manager Experience:

You will need to have excellent communication and written skills.
We require a person who has over three year’s commercial experience in a customer service environment as Technical Account Manager or similar role.
Extensive hands on knowledge in Java, HTML, XML, and XSLT (please provide urls of sites that you have created)
Microsoft or other reputable certifications will be highly regarded
Solid experience using Windows 2000, XP, and NT and Outlook
Experience developing web based applications preferably using 2.0
