Senior /Regional Branch Manager

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate ability in achieving financial targets for Branches. You will be integral in team building, performance management, and staff development of branch staff, ensuring adherence to Policy & Procedures. You will proactively be assisting to increase the banks business from both internal & external sources and the successful applicant will have proven people skills and excellent customer service focus.

To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated individual who have impressive managerial experience as a branch manager for a bank, or credit union, or in a similar industry or retail arena and wanting that next step in their career.

Your experience will be in leading multi functional teams, managing sales and/or service teams for small medium financial services environments, or similar multi site retail environments. You will have a good track record of developing business in equivalent role or through managing own business, experience in developing and implementing local business plans and accountability for profit loss of a business or business stream.
