We are looking for a QA & Support Manager to join the company and build a testing team. As Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for recruitment, mentoring, implementing testing processes and best QA practices and general leadership of a testing team as it grows. This is a hands on role and you will be required to get your hands dirty with testing. Initially, the team will be responsible for a small component of support as well.
This senior Quality Assurance Manager position would suit someone looking to work for a small to medium company with a successful track record and a bright future. You must be passionate about testing and keen to take this company’s testing abilities to the next level!
Required Quality Assurance Manager skills and experience
To be eligible for this Quality Assurance Manager role, candidates should have at least 2 – 3 years experience as a Test/QA Manager and a pro-active, hands on approach to testing. In addition, you will have led a team, recruited testers and managed them on an ongoing basis. Ideally you will have worked in a .Net web environment.
