This Product Development Manager role resides within the user experience team, and as part of the broader marketing team. Your role as User Experience Specialist focuses on the consumer experience – how it can be improved, how product searches can be optimized, product merchandising and website usability.
As Product Development Manager you will manage the execution of product merchandising and search solutions through the use of internal tools, and provide analysis and reporting to understand the impact on the end user experience.
The Product Development Manager is also required to keep informed of current search trends in the local and global markets, and maintain high level of product knowledge in popular categories.
This Product Development Manager role would be ideal for someone with experience in Product Merchandising or Product Development, or usability. Ideally you will be a keen online shopper, and be looking for a role that offers huge career progression opportunities in the next 12 – 18 months.
Required Product Development Manager skills/experience:
Product Development Manager candidates should have at least 3 years experience in a Tier 1 company, working in marketing, search or online product development, with a degree in a related field. The chosen candidate will have experience in customer experience, ideally in the online space.
You will be analytical with a keen eye for detail, and you will thrive in a role where the results of your hard work directly impact the business.
