The Role
As Digital Account Manager, you will be part of the online advertising sales team, and you will be working primarily across their key accounts. Your responsibility will include building strong relationships with clients through day to day management of their accounts and reporting on their campaigns.
In addition, the Digital Account Manager will be pro-active in identifying opportunities for optimising campaigns, and will work closely with clients to keep them informed of account activity. This is a process-driven role that involves account administration and ongoing client management.
Required Account Manager Skills/Experience
The Digital Account Manager for this role should have at least 1 to 2 years experience in a media role, ideally online or print. You will be a bright, switched on self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
The Digital Account Manager has ownership of the advertising booking process, therefore candidates for this role must have good attention to detail and time management skills.
