The Junior Account Manager Role
As Junior Account Manager, you will be part of the online advertising sales team, working primarily on one key account.
The Junior Account Manager’s responsibilities include the following - process advertising bookings delivered from the sales team, build strong relationships with clients through day to day management of their accounts, and reporting on their campaigns.
In addition, the Junior Account Manager will be pro-active in identifying opportunities for optimising campaigns, and will work closely with the Sales Executive to keep them informed of account activity. This is a process-driven role that involves account administration and ongoing client management.
Required Junior Account Manager Skills/Experience
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 months experience in a media role (ideally online or TV). You will be a bright, switched on self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
The Junior Account Manager has ownership of the advertising booking process, therefore candidates for this role must have good attention to detail and time management skills.
