The Experience Needed
It is imperative that you meet and have following requirements for this role,
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in computer science
• 4 + Years experience in solid OO Java/JSP experience in a dynamic environment
• First Class communication Skills
• Mastery of Various software lifecycle methodologies
• J2EE Experience
• Previous Tech Lead experience before
• Experience with WEB Applications is a must
• Ability to solve complex problems
