Interactive Team Lead – Management role

The role
This role as Interactive Team Lead will be critical to the business. You will be working closely with the Managing Directors to provide strategic direction for the digital business. You will be involved in recruitment of digital staff and mentoring of the team, as well as ensuring the smooth integration of the team with the broader agency.

The Interactive Team Lead is a role for someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, and who adopts a creative, innovative approach. In keeping with the values of the agency, we want an Interactive Team Lead who values the consumer and understands how best to integrate digital with other mediums.

The skill set
The chosen candidate for this role will be a pro-active self starter who thinks outside the square. You will be experienced and passionate in leading a team, have extensive knowledge of digital and the proven ability to deliver digital projects for large brands.

Ideally, you will have been in a similar role for 2 – 3 years and have a breadth of experience across both traditional and digital mediums. You will think at a business level and provide direction and recommendations accordingly, and any hands on skills (design/development) would be an advantage.

Lastly, but certainly not less importantly, this person must be friendly, outgoing and loyal. This is a long term opportunity in an agency without an attitude!!
