In an organization founded by one of the digital world’s pioneers, the product manager will be responsible for the entire front and back end user experience across more than 40 different business units as the business grows aggressively over the next 12 months. Well funded and with the backing of one of the major media giants, this is the opportunity for a product manager to step away from being another cog in the machine in a product manager role that will see you become a core part of the future of this business.

Reporting directly to the MD, the Product Manager for user experience will be:
·  Analysing the current site and methods from both a consumer & client viewpoint to identify any potential usability & satisfaction issues.
·  Conducting in depth online surveys, email campaigns and random customer interviews to determine how and why customers engage with the site.
·  Identifying areas for change and project managing the development of site upgrades and alterations.
·  Understanding the customer profiling process, how it relates to the productivity of the site and developing new product categories based on the results.
·  Identifying less profitable areas of the site and understanding the reasons why before working closely with the technology team to make the product more appealing to both consumers & clients.

To be successful in your application for this great Product Manager role, the Product Manager will need to meet the minimum following criteria:
·  Minimum 4 years experience in a product management or technical business analyst role.
·  Proven experience in managing projects from conception to delivery & post roll out analysis.
·  A strong background in working across multiple business units including technology teams.
·  An ability to build solid relationships with both consumers & clients as well as external content providers.
·  Experience working within a commercial online environment.
