Our client is a signature online brand that has a superb reputation within the digital publishing world.
This is obviously a "client side" Digital Head Of Creative role and you could come from any of the following backgrounds:
- Digital/ Online Publishing
- Print Publishing, Magazines or Newspapers
- Digital Agency
- Client Side but with a strong digital flavour
Please note that this is a purely digital focused role so you'll need to really live and breathe everything digital.
WHAT ARE THEY IDEALLY LOOKING FOR IN A DIGITAL HEAD OF CREATIVE?
At least 5 to 7 years in the digital space, having managed budgets and the overall integrity and quality of web properties. This Digital Head Of Creative role will be managing at least 10 to 15 sites and it would be advantageous to have knowledge and experience with the capabilities of Web 2.0. You must have loads of Energy and a true passion for anything digital, as well as the ability and experience to dream, create and implement a "WINNING" digital strategy. Part of this role will involve recruitment and retention of key digital staff and an ability to inspire, lead and motivate a great and committed digital team.
