You would be an integral part of this team and would be shown a definite career path should you be successful.
What you can expect in this Client Service Executive Role:
As Client Service Executive you will be amongst a team of outbound client service executives that share a compassionate approach to dealing with our client's needs and wants. You will be dealing with sensitive information so it is imperative that you have a mature and professional nature.
The Client Service Executive Role:
As Client Service Executive you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to our prestigious clients. You will be supporting our clients who call for advice or a status update on their investment and you will also be up selling your product to potential new clients. It is important that you have worked in an outbound sales environment and have the ability to close a sale but are able to do it in a professional and mature manner.
Client Service Executive Essentials:
* 2-3 years experience in an outbound customer service role
* Previous experience in a financial institution would be a plus but not essential
* 100% Communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* A mature and professional phone manner
