CTO / Development Manager - Key Leadership Role - Name Your Price

One of the online industries up and coming megastars is on the hunt for a CTO/Development manager to take on a key leadership role as the company makes the next major leap in their development.

Heavily funded and aligned with one of the nation’s most recognized names in the online media space, this organization was founded over a year ago by one of the pioneer’s of the online space. After a hugely successful first year, the organization is now seeking to aggressively grow and are seeking a career motivated CTO/Development manager to take on a high level leadership role within the organization and provide the technical vision behind their growth.

Working closely with the MD, the CTO/Development manager will also be responsible for managing a small team of developers as well as developing and delivering the product and technical plans in this PHP/MySQL environment.

Some of the key tasks of the CTO/Development Manager include:
·  Defining the product vision and turning this into an executable product roadmap.
·  Developing the product’s system requirements.
·  Working with the Product Manager to implement any changes required based on consumer feedback.
·  Managing a team of technically gifted developers
·  Ensuring all product requirements conform with the IT architecture.

Minimum criteria:
·  A strong track record in project managing in depth websites.
·  A strong background working with PHP & MySQL as well as other open source technologies including Postgres.
·  A proven history of delivering database driven web projects.
·  Experience in developing technology strategies from business requirements.
